"Scream Thy Last Scream" is a song by the English rock band Pink Floyd, written by original frontman and guitarist Syd Barrett. Originally recorded with the intention of being released as a single with "Vegetable Man", the single was vetoed by the band's record label and the two songs would not see release until their inclusion on The Early Years 1965-1972 box set on November 11, 2016. It is one of two Pink Floyd songs to feature drummer Nick Mason on lead vocals, alongside "Corporal Clegg" from their 1968 album A Saucerful of Secrets.
